The Maid's Quarters has one large bedroom with Queen-size bed and gas fireplace, a complete kitchen with dining area, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a bathroom with shower, and a livingroom with a woodburning stove, cable TV/VCR, and CD player. Wireless internet is also included. Guests have access to our hottub in the gazebo (pictured above).

In the 1930's this house was the Hutchinson Sugar Mill plantation manager's retreat, located in the cool mountain climate of Volcano Village, on the Big Island of Hawaii. On the grounds is a gem of a cottage, the former maid's quarters. Newly renovated, the cottage is a delightful hideaway in the heart of the village historic district.
