The Holualoa Inn is a combination of tasteful luxury and island style. The open air atmosphere of the house helps capture soft tropical breezes and fragrances. It features fabulous interiors, including sitting rooms, gazebos, a covered lanai, living rooms and six suites, each with its own private bathroom. All the rooms are designed to capture the outstanding views of the coastline and the grounds. There is also a two bedroom vacation rental house on the property.

The Holualoa Inn has been in operation since 1987. It is one of the first and most well established Bed & Breakfast Inns on the island of Hawaii. It has been featured in numerous national and international publications. Located in the heart of the Kona Coffee Belt on the Big Island of Hawaii, the Holualoa Inn is a spectacular Hawaii estate located on the slopes of Hualalai, overlooking the world famous Kona coast. Situated in the middle of Holualoa Village on the western shore of the Big Island of Hawaii, the Inn is surrounded by 30 acres of pasture land, coffee orchards and lush grounds.

The Pineapple Room - $260 The pineapple room has a private entrance from the covered lanai as well as the pineapple garden. At night, you can smell the tropical fragrances of Hawaiian flora from the adjacent lanai courtyard. In the mornings, you can see wild Hawaiian pheasants walking between the coffee trees just a few yards away.

The Oriental Room -$260 Situated on the second floor, the Oriental Room is steps away from the rooftop gazebo. Its balcony features panoramic views of the property's coffee orchards and tropical gardens. Decorated in a comfortable oriental style, its queen size bed and oriental touches make it one of the most inviting rooms in the house.

The Polynesian Suite -$285 This 2 room suite is located on the lower swimming pool level and features ocean views across the pool deck. Many of our guests prefer this room for its layout and its proximity to the downstairs sitting room and its amenities.	The Orchid Isle Room - $265 This elegant and intimate room offers a Queen size bed and sneak peaks of the Kona coastline and the sparkling pool below. In addition, distant pastoral views of grazing cows and exotic plants make this room perfect for the guest seeking a quiet retreat.

The Balinese Suite - $310 Our flagship room, is decorated with a Balinese theme. It features a separate private sitting room with spectacular panoramic views of the Kona coast. The bedroom, which also features ocean views, has a private balcony, and a King siz bed. The suite's second floor situation gives it easy access to our rooftop gazebo. The Balinese Suite's sitting area is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the expansive coastal views.	Lako Hale Vacation Rental $395 per couple $475 3-4 people This private home is a great place for a family retreat or the privacy you are looking for in paradise. There are two suites - one with a Queen bed, and the master with a King bed. The expansive outdoor lanai has a wonderful panoramic view of the Kona Coast and offers incredible sunsets. No breakfast but there is a full kitchen.
